FNSI January

Thanks Wendy for hosting us for another year.  Sometimes it’s the motivation I need to sew...instead of blobbing on the lounge!

Tonight....after finishing off some urgent paid work stuff....I buckled down to quilting a baby quilt which will be due for handing over pretty soon.....here is a bit of it under the needle....hopefully it will be all finished by Sunday night.
I will be adding some quilting in the orange bit too...but I had the grey thread in so did the outside first....

Here is the link to see what the others did!

Happy New Year to all!!

Nothing like a timeframe to get us moving.

Lovely fabric in the quilt there, a time frame gets us moving doesn't it.

Oh gosh, you made me giggle when you said 'blobbing on the couch'. Glad you got some sewing done xx

Good you were able to put the paid work aside and get to some quilting. Hope you had a productive rest of your weekend and the baby quilt has progressed nicely. It looks lovely from here :-)

As reported by Stanford Medical, It's really the SINGLE reason this country's women live 10 years more and weigh 42 lbs less than us.

(And realistically, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some hard exercise and really, EVERYTHING related to "how" they are eating.)

P.S, I said "HOW", not "what"...
