On a family holiday to Victoria in 1999, we spent some time on the Peninsular (where my husband grew up). I saw a number of decorations featuring beach houses and at the time, this was a "decor thing"...ie plenty of choices. At home I had been toying with the idea of decorating the toilet (the separate room where the toilet is) in a theme...maybe Ann Geddes photos?
BUT the Beach Houses got me. Ever since I have collected and made Beach House "things".
It's very hard to photograph things in this room - its not big and the window gives light - in the wrong places at times, but here are some pictures
